60 lb valve spring?

i am installing 60 lb valve springs,whats the way to do it.?i am changing all 12.are the exhaust and intake the same?and if they are then is changing them the same way?i dont want to pull the injectors and use the air method.i beleive you just make sure you do the 2 cyl,that match in the firing order starting with 1 and 6.i think you just make sure there is play in the rockers.or did i think wrong?also while i have it apart how about replacing the valve seals,how do i do that?also how do i adjust the valves?thanks

that is how I did mine the valve will drop alittle bit then hit the piston get the right puller and use the bolt method instead of the handle it was easier to compress them and alittle faster in the long run the springs are the same have a helper with you to goes better that way to.
