600hp and surge issue..

Hey guys,
I have been having a problem with surge ever since I put brand new bosch motorsport injectors in. At first i thought it was the predator; since it only does it on higher tunes but the smarty causes the surge as well. mods to the truck are 100hp injectors, smarty TNT, Bag O Parts, Box 66/74/.91, raptor 100, big line kit,DPC triple disc converter, and shift kit. The surge happens around 2,000rpm. It surges at light throttle, with little load, cruising around 70mph or shifting 1-2. On a side note I just dynoed 607hp which was a big surprise as i was hoping for 500hp! Heres the video that shows the surge, the dyno run and the dyne sheet...

What does rail pressure do when surge happens? What is rail pressure under normal conditions?

Rail pressure stays steady, highway around 15,000psi, in town 7,000psi, full throttle 26,000psi. fuel pressure jumps around sometimes but i think its the gauge and it never really correlates with the surge.
 
Glowshift gauges be like yeah I work sometimes LOL just bustin your balls Oscar. Congrats on the numbers and lets fix that downpipe over xmas break!

yea I was hoping it wasn't the FCA. Hell I just put the bag o parts in a few months ago
