its a direct bolt for a 3rd gen but it will work on all mods with some work

I've got three different 4" v-band flanges at the house... a 3rd gen turbo doesn't use an HX40 flange

My Turbonetics is an HX40...but it looks like it was not factory

my Turbonetics was a standard aftermarket 4"... much larger than an HX40
