Hi,

Ive decided to sell my holset 72mm 2.8 class charger to go bigger. It was built by Robbins turbocharger in Columbus In. Im pretty sure its a hx 50 compressor cover thats been bored out. Its just as tight as new and runs great on the truck. It has a wastegated 18cm housing on it but the wastegate arm has a small tach weld on it to keep it in closed position.

It was on a lightly modded 24v for 6 pulls give or take and has been on my 12 valve for a couple weeks just driven up and down the road. Its not as bad as the bigger chargers on the road just with need a light foot. But when you go to light it it takes a couple seconds but when it goes hang on.

Ide like to have 975.00 for it but Im always game for negotiating as Im in the market for an s4.

If theres interest ill post pictures on my hosting page or if you can recieve phone pics Ill send those out aswell.

Ill get those measurement when I get time to get the charger off the truck sorry for the delay.

Appears to be right at 2.96 or so but Ill pull the housing this weekend for exact number but I need my truck to drive all week so I didnt have time to pull the housing today.

880.00 any offers. If your local Ill take you for a ride if your interested.

Ill do some tradin to! I need .093 lines, titanium keepers and retainers, possibley a fuel system Im not sure yet?

Trade for 3.0 s400.possible boot towards bigger charger. Will get free time wednesday to pull charger so thanks for the patience zstroken.

I havent had it over 55lbs. Im sure it will make more.Thats with the pump with plate and afc all the way back. It s not bad to dd. But I have a manuel so it would be different for an auto. The worst part about dd my set up is 5x.018 and full cuts. With 191s and my old 5x.016 it would be pretty slick.

How does this turbo compare to say an HX55? In size and power handling? And drivability? Thanks

hx 55 stock is a 65mm compressor. This is a 72mm so its got a 7mm bigger compressor. Never had a hx 55 on the truck but the hx50 I had handled about like this one but when this one lights it really lights compared to the other one I ran.

Driveability is all in setup and how hard you run things.

so would it be easier to drive daily with an auto or a manual? I have an auto

Honestely it would be easier done with a manuel but it would also be dependent on your torque convertor setup.

775.00

Am I way off hear guys. This thing has barely been run and payed more than twice what Im askin.
