8.3 ppump-need more power

I was wondering if someone could point me in the right direction. Our excavator has a ford dump truck with a 8.3 cummins in it and said he could use a little more power. I think he said he wanted 50 horse. How does he tweak the pump to get that? Anyone have a diagram so I can see what parts that need to move?
 
As you can tell I have a commonrail and don't know anything about the ppump.
