I have a 90 1st gen an i want to kno what is the best high horsepower setup either for pulling or racing but what would also be best for on a budget?just looking for ideas

fuel pin- bought or grind your own- free- around $100
Gov. spring- $20ish
Turbo- to many choices depends on what you get
Intercooler- keep an eye on the classifieds
Tuning is free
Injectors will depend upon the turbo whether you need bigger ones or not. The non-intercooled ones flow pretty good.
Not sure what you have tranny wise, but that will either be an auto build/swap or a dual disk clutch.
