I'm getting rid of this truck mainly due to a lack of space at my house. I've had it since April but rarely drive the thing, probably put less than 500 miles on it. The truck came from Jersey so it's got the typical rust issues (door bottoms, fender lips). Since owning it I've added a BHAF, 215 hp injectors, tabbed the KDP, and confirmed that the timing is at 13*. The previous owner added a 5" chrome miter cut stack. Mileage is 289,067. $2500 and you can drive it home.
The known problems that I've come across while working on the truck are:
-Hard starts. Takes about 15 sec of cranking time. I'm 99% sure there's an air leak into the fuel system causing this.
-Fuel leak from somewhere around the filler tube or tank.
-Trans leak from where the line rubbed through on the crossmember.
-Transfer case is not hooked up (shift rod connecting linkage to t-case was bent, so i disconnected it)
-TPS is missing bolts, so it's not hooked up.
-Has a knock/tap at idle. Starts to disappear around 1700 rpm (or maybe I just cant hear it after that).
