94 3500 rc dually 5 speed part out

I have a 94 3500 2wd dualy with 367k on the clock. It still runs very well and the the 5 speed manual transmission shifts well no y shifts or anything. The front end is messed up. I have no intention of fixing the front end. I bought the truck to steal the drive train for my street rod. Body is in Piss poor shape as is the interior.
Engine with p pump: $1500
5 speed manual transmission: $1000
Dually rear end: $500
Not sure what else anyone might want
