94 Dodge lopes at idle

I did a search , but did not find what i was looking for. I installed a fuel plate and 3K springs in a 12v with auto tranny. The owner has been driving the truck and towing his 5th wheel camper without problems. He stopped by tonight to have me listen to his truck. At idle, the truck has a slight lope. If he turns the A/C on, it lopes worse and will try to kill the motor. What do I need to be looking at? He claims the truck runs smooth, when driving down the road. I have been thinking gov springs, delivery valve, injector, lift pump, etc. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

Maybe one of the gov springs too tight / loose?
