95 12v dyno guesses

Im running pretty much everything in my sig with the stock wh1c turbo. hitting a max of about 50psi.

put a fuel plate back in and tune your afc and you'll gain a bunch more power and lose a bunch of smoke too...

I just ran my 95 with tuned afc, 100 plate full forward, 3000gsk, and 18* timing on the dyno and made 295hp and 736 tq...a little lower than what I'd like, but the clutch is starting to slip so there is a little error in that number...everything is stock other than a BHAF and 5" exhaust

I did 458/1075 uncorrected, with my 97 auto, with 175hp injectors, stock 181 delivery valves, 0 plate, mack rack plug, 18*,4kgsk, and a stock hx35 with the stock housing, and that was at about 45psi. i say about because i took my boost gauge, to replace the boost line, and it never made its way back in, but i never touched my boost elbow since it took the the gauge out.
Why are you letting your turbo go up to 50psi?

I let my stock turbo play past 40psi for 2 years, and up around 50-55psi since last september, and it finally broke 3 weeks ago at the track, it also didn't have a gate since i owned it, it rusted off and i didn't think i needed one, but now i understand why you do if racing is involved.

i made 458whp uncorrected at about 45psi, and corrected it was 421 so much past 40psi isn't really doing much but 40psi is still doing something but 50psi is just a waste of time and your on borrowed time. you deffinetly want a functioning waste gate if your going to run 50psi
