96 12v motor

i have a 12v out of a 96 2500 have most all parts minus oil pan, turbo, and injectors, motor is tore down crank is only thing left in it, number 5 rod bearing is chewed up, i bought this motor from a guy tore it down to inspect and found this, do not have to sell, but would if price is right and i dont get low balled, $1000 message me if interested thanks

Yes it's the small one 160

Bump have AC compressor, condenser, alternator, all brackets for front of engine exhaust and intake manifolds, etc......
