96 3500, 4x4, 5spd

I bought this truck for parts but now I need to sell it or part it out. I would also trade for cash and something else to drive. 1996 3500, ext cab, 4x4, 5spd, hunter green, rust free but has some dents. It runs great, but needs a radiator, has a cracked windshield, seat is a little rough on the driver side. It came from AR and was all over the midsouth all its life on hot shot duty. I bought it for the engine and the trans and HD transfer case but now my out of work arse needs money so I need to sell this thing. It would make a really nice platform for a puller, its got the 96 manual ppump, nv4500, dhd transfer case, and a dually dana 80. 4x4 works really good, shifts nice, starts good and idles smooth. Its got some sort of fuel plate in it but the guy i bought it from had no idea about anything mechanical, he had someone put the plate in for him. Runs very strong for the miles, oh which is about 420,000. I will post pics tomorrow. I don't know what its worth, shoot me some offers, but i need to get around $5500 for it, or i can start parting it out, I just put a new p/s hose and new batteries in it. what color is the interior??? How good is the dash? Even if its got a crack or 2 in it, i'd be interested. the dash in my 12valve is just propped up next to the firewall. ALL mounting tabs are broken.
 
Interior is gray. The dash is in decent shape, it does have a couple small cracks, I'll have to look closer tomorrow, I will get picks up tomorrow. I would like to sell the truck whole so I'm not going to quote prices on parts until that effort has been exhausted. I can fix the radiator and make the thing road ready if someone is interested in that, maybe want 6000 or so to make it good to go. Needs a radiator and a shut off solenoid.
 
I understand wanting to sell it whole....keep me posted on the dash. That isn't my color but i can fix a few cracks and paint it easy enough

you still need one i have one thts in really decent shape the 1500 it came out of had only 52000 miles on it you want the dash top of the whole thing its grey in color

Well I'm still going to need a nv4500 for my pulling truck, and if i sell this truck and my car i will have no transportation other than an 18 wheeler. So im open to ideas, i wouldn't mind if someone had a 94-97 or so 4x4 with a 5 spd that was not running or in really rough shape that would consider a trade and some cash. I guess that would basically get me back in the same place i am now, so really just a outright sale might be the best.
 
Is that truck really worth it with that many miles? In my parts 150k is to many miles unless you want a parts rig.

If its not worth it then don't buy it...150k? thats really just broke in on a CTD. And really this truck is close to being a parts rig, but it would also make for reasonalble transportation for someone needing a 4x4 truck to get around as well as pull a trailer every now and then. There is a ton of life left in this truck. If it was hard starting and rusted out, rattle trap junk i would ask for much less or just part it out.

The truck also is on its third trans. Every time 5th gear went out the guy had the trans replaced, finally the last one he had the 5th gear nut welded on.
 
Changed out the radiator and put on a new serp. belt...shes ready to go other than a shut off solenoid...
