i just bought a 97 12v cclb with the 47re and have just noticed some annoying quirks that i'm trying to get figured out any help would be appreciated
the first is that the truck, sitting on 285/75/16 on stock wheels the speedo is reading about 85 when traveling at 65 imo 5 or 10 mph i would not bother with fixing it but 20 is rediculous for such a small increase in tire size
secondly the trans feels really solid for its age and mileage but the shifting at light throttle seems un-organized 1st gear is fine 2nd gear hangs until i let off at about 2750 then it practically runs past 3rd into OD
and thirdly could both these problems be traced back to a single solution or am i in for a whole mess of different sensor changes and replacement parts
