Hey guys,
My buddy's got a 97 Ram 2500 Cummins Automatic he's looking to sell. The truck is very clean all the way around, with nearly no rust issues as I have tried to show in the pictures. You can see the popular rust spot on the lower doors is very clean. There is no rust on the frame other than some basic surface rust. The bed features a matching cap along with a spray in bed liner. Inside, the truck is very clean with the typical Dodge tear in the drivers side seat. The truck is loaded with power windows, and locks, along with overhead compass and temperature display. Also inside are Auto-Meter Pro-Comp Ultra-Lite boost and Pyrometer gauges. Under the hood, the 12 valve Cummins is relatively unmodified, with the Dowel Pin tabbed and a TST #8 fuel plate in the injection pump. According to TST, that should put this truck at about 230 horsepower and 605 ft/lbs of torque. The transmission was recently rebuilt (within 10,000 miles) by a local transmission shop, with heavy duty clutches, a torque converter and a trans-go shift kit. The oil has always been changed every 5k miles with premium oil and Wix filters. The truck was daily driven, and has not ever been towed heavy with. The tires on the truck are 245-75R16E Bridgestone Duravis tires, and have plenty of tread left. There are no dents or major blemishes anywhere.
