98 12v drag truck project

Is that one of the military aircraft trucks? I think they were used on base for pulling things, cool find
 
Heck, I didn't notice it was 4x4 as well! Crap, my tax bill is about the same as what it is selling for, if not for that I'd have that thing just as a toy! It would be fun to take on 4x4 trails!
 
The bad thing about it is, at least 1st Gen ones, the 50k miles is really closer to 500k miles because of the 7.17:1 gear ratios in the rear end.

It would take all 4 gears to do 60ft though... :lolly:
 
Gear swap, build it and leave it that color and that bed. Someone would be in some mags if that thing ran a 12 lol

You could only be in the mags if you ran 12s spinning the front tires when you landed, like Chuck Samuels did with his Syclone back in the 90s!
 
Me and my buddy were just talking about finding one of these!!! He's always trying to buy my 1st gen Tug, but I can't let it go. They are cool as he!!
