98 24 valve Ram3500

I have a 1998 24 valve Ram 3500 extended cab that I have owned since it was new. I have recently replaced the injection pump and it has a brand new full suncoast. triple disc converter, clutches, valve body. Truck has 190000 miles on it. Never had a box on it. Runs strong and with new trans should be ready for 200000 more miles. The truck has every option that was available in 98 and everything works great. Air blows as cold as ever and it has 4 new tires on the back. The body is in average condition and it has a gooseneck ball with brakes in it. It is black with gray leather. Asking 11500 but give me an offer. I am out of business and need the cash.

From the pictures rear tires look good but front need replaced. Or do they all need replaced?
