$11000- firm. 160,265 miles.

Before de-tuning my old red truck to sell, I figured I'd list it on the forums to see if there's any interest. The new truck has shown enough potential to finally let go of the other one.

I've owned this truck for about 9 years now and wouldn't build it any other way given the chance. Regularly gets 22+ mpg empty on the interstate and 17-18 towing my 24ft boat to cumberland. Did 539 on a real stingy dyno and around 1100ft lbs.

R700 twins (15k on them)
PDI exhaust manifold- everything hot has blankets on them
Heavy cast mexican block
Cylinder head is o-ringed and had a valve job done by Woodruff Diesel
ARP 425s
Fass 150gph adjustable hplp with a drawstraw in the tank and 1/2" fuel lines
Helix 2 camshaft
Don's sportsman valve springs
Mach 6 injectors (only have 6k miles on them)
Fluidampner
Smarty/TST comp for electronics
Isspro gauges
South Bend street dual disc clutch (has 10k on it)
Dana 80 w/lsd and 3.54 gears
Caltracs
Replaced ball joints a while back- everything tight in front
Has s-slotted rotors in front and upgraded rear brake cylinders- stops good
Lowering shackles
Bilstein shocks 4600 in the front and custom spec 5100s in the rear since standard length bottomed out with lowering shackles.
B&W turnover ball goosneck hitch
Extang tonneau cover
3rd gen aluminum wheels from my 07.5 with decent tread on michelins. (just swapped those on, so some of my older pics have steel wheels)
Sport headlight conversion
Dash has no cracks
Replaced evaporator, compressor, and dryer back in 06 or 07.

The body is in pretty good shape, but not perfect. Front fenders have a tiny bit of rust at the lower rear wheel wheel openings, doors are just starting to get a bit at the bottom, and tiny bit underneath the rear bedside. Rockers and cab is solid. Its not a mess by any means but its also not completely rust free

I'm sure I'm forgetting things and will update this as I remember them.

Had to put a few things away in the barn yesterday and snapped a few pics. Once it warms up some I'll get it washed and some good pictures of it. Only interior flaw is a small tear/crack in the drivers side seat on the vinyl edge.

Since there's no real interest in a 539hp 2wd towing machine, I'll remove some of the performance parts and take it back to mostly stock. Figure get the performance parts listed for sale in time for everyone's tax return...

I'll leave the headstuds, cam, valve springs, clutch, and caltracs on it. It'll have stock injectors and the hx35 with an option of smarty to go with it. I'll update or re-list it once it's finished up.

Happy New Year!

Dyno graphs from both times I've had it on the rollers. This was with a single disc clutch that slipped a fuzz on torque rise which I replaced with a street dual disc shortly after...

Interested in the Caltracs if you decide to sell them.

These Caltracs only fit the 2wd trucks..and even then I had to get them to send me different length bars as apparently mine might be a little shorter to the saddles than the standard for 2nd gen 2wd trucks they have.

I'll say caltracs are awesome to deal with and got the correct length bars sent out immediately at no charge. Definetly wouldn't hesitate buying a set again from them and actually just ordered up a set for my 07.5 from Jamie. :rockwoot:

Had some interest in it recently, so I'll hold off on de-tuning for a bit.
