2wd ST model. Originally a 4.10 open diff truck. Swapped over to a lower mile 3.54 limited slip D80. rubber floors/manual windows.

tranny was updated to a fully splined main shaft and overhauled about 120k ago, but it's starting to get a little notchy

ARP head studs, o-ringed head... bolts were re-torqued and one broke, so previous owner said "screw it, I only want to do it once!"
modified #10 plate (aftermarket plate, not a modded stocker)
4k GSK
timing is currently at 16*
South Bend FE clutch
South Bend upgraded/adjustable clutch hydraulics
60mm 6 blade HX40 w/ a 16cm turbine housing
brand new 4" exhaust system
3rd gen chrome STEEL wheels (not the alloys pictured) with like-new Michelin 265's!
Line-X spray-in liner
new front rotors, bearings, calipers, pads, etc. about 40k ago
new rear shoes and drums about 4k ago, but the damn VatoZone drums aren't true... you could have them turned or install some better ones. (I scrapped the originals :( ) you can feel the pulsing in the brake pedal under hard braking. annoying
KDP was done with the jig ages ago.
NON 53 block!!!
bottom end Eclipse head unit w/ USB and headphone jack inputs, 10" ported sub box that takes the place of the center front seat. covered to look like the seats, and has the console/arm rest bolted to it just like stock. pretty slick.
infinity replacement speakers and tweeters with crossovers
boost and pyro gauges, but the pyro decided to quit working when I swapped manifolds. It's done this to me before, but it "healed" itself in a few days last time. not sure what the deal is this time. maybe needs a new thermocouple?
truck has 2 rolls of Raam Audio sound deadener in the entire cab and doors including the roof skin. up to 8 layers thick in open spaces!
sport headlight conversion
ranch hand rear bumper (factory bumper and receiver hitch comes w/ the truck)
like-new flip out mirrors (don't buzz/rattle/vibrate)
greasable balljoints and u-joints installed
truck drives/tracks perfect
has a weeping leak from the front main seal. no blow-by, no KDP damage, etc. but it'll leave some oil on the ground after long hard drives due to the front seal, but it's so minimal, I've lived with it for 50k miles since I bought the truck :)
oh yeah, and two brand new Duralast Gold batteries!

I realize the prices on these trucks have come down a lot, and most people want a 4wd, but I'm not going to give this truck away. I am open to cash offers and trades either up, down, or straight across. Just PM me with what you've got, and don't be affraid to low-ball, just don't be insulted if I decline your offer :o

I bought this truck from an older friend of mine that I've known for over 10yrs. It is not a show truck, but it has been very well maintained, and I trust it to drive me around the world and back tomorrow if need be. It was my field service truck for over a year, and I took pride in my old '98 being stone reliable day-in/day-out while their 07's and 08's were always in the shop for something! :rockwoot:

now for some pics: (again, the truck currently has 3rd gen chrome steelies w/ new Michelins)

Truck is located in Alvin, TX 77511

dash has zero cracks, but the glove compartment door has cracked tabs on one of the hinges and likes to fall out in your hand if you're not careful :o

Killer truck Forrest, if that long bedded ho would fit in the garage id be hitting you up!

Selling to fund the billet trans, or just dont need two trucks taking up space?

the thing just never gets driven :(

I've put it back pretty close to stock. I put a 4" exhaust on it yesterday. You can REALLY hear that HX40 screaming now! LOL :)

the tranny is already paid for... it's the Mega Cab Longbed conversion I'm now trying to fund :p

Forest If you still have it I might be interested. Well see what the insurance company does.

it's got a gooseneck plate welded in, but when the previous owner did the LineX, they covered the hole. all that would need to be done is hole saw for the ball and screw it into the plate
