99 24V engine

What is a 99 24V engine worth. I have no idea condition. Has head, injectors, ECM, tranny cooler, transmission adapter, flex plate, dampner, cracke exhaust manifold, vacuum/PS. Looks like oil pan has been patched.

Somebody give me $900 for it?

I do not see the 53 on it anywhere. It appears to be a mexican block from the info I have gathered.
