99 24valve no throttle control

99 24 valve,auto the truck idles fine but as soon as I barely touch the throttle it wants to rev to 3,000rpm! There's no control from 800rpm to 3,000rpm! I have replace injection pump,tps so not sure if the ECM is bad?

Maybe you disconnected or cut a ground somewhere? Once when I removed the battery on the passenger side and then pulled the cables out I cut the ground wire, and when I started it the engine revved way up when I touched the throttle. Replaced the ground and problem solved.
