99 6sp 4x4 part out

Got a 99 24v I'm parting out. Has 246k on it. Motor runs great has 10k on vp and has fass ddrp asking 1700 complete with fass. Nv5600 swap with adaptor plate, dld transfer case, pedals, hydros, interior council, crossmembers, pcm and drive shafts. Clutch is a hd replacement with 500 miles. Asking 3200 for complete swap. All body panels and interior are shot. I'll have to check the axles on it. 8155432810
 
Grill shell? If in good condition $20+shipping to 36869? And cruise control parts of in good shape. Pics please if possible.
