99 Dodge Map Sensor?

i have read many threads about un plugging it? Does it hurt the truck and were is it located on a 99 dodge? will it hurt my edge?

thats what i figured to... does anyone know of a smoke switch that hooks up on the edge and not the map sensor?

waste of fuel! IMO

If you want smoke buy some injectors, the money you waste tryin to smoke with the map sensor unhooked you could buy a good set of jammer's and really wast some money smokin people out!

I unplugged it on my 99'. It just went into limp mode and no power or smoke. Then I tried to make the smoke switch on the map. All I managed to do was fry the sensor. 100 bucks or so later at dodge just to fix it. Don't mess with it.
