How many miles on the steering box? Did it come off a 4x4?

it came off a 99 2wd one ton. but part numbers on oreillys cross to a 2000 up 4wd... it had about 230k on it and was treated from day one with duralube, the guy loved it and it apparently works like a champ..

thanks for looking. since its a saginaw box have you adjusted the allen bolt a bit tighter? it helps with slack, its worth a shot.
