A/c won't take freon. Help

Everything is brandnew in my a/c system except liquid line. Low side is 100+psi and high side is 500psi. It only has 1.5 cans in it? Compressor slipped the clutch and it's not cooling. What's the problem? What did I do wrong? I've laid down a big chunk for this and been without a/c for 2 months. I'm ready to shoot this POS

I don't know what the pressures are supposed to be on these things but thats to high for a car.

30-50 low and 2-300

Expansion tube blocked off.

Definetly a line blocked off.

Dont go by the cans, you need to measure the weight of the charge.

Please tell me you vacuumed the system and returned the oil that was lost when you removed everything.

Yeah it was evacuated at 25-30"hg for an hour. And I figured blockage but with new componetes?

If the orifice tube is blocked it'll never work right.
