A couple of pulls from our hometown pull

Yes his 5x.18 dual feeds move the fuel. The old silver66 is coming off for next year along with a new motor. That is the stock 97 auto pump tweaked on the truck and 290,000 miles on motor. That sled is a jewel aint it.
 
I have seen that sled before, and actually pulled it a time or two with our Super C at brush pulls. It looks like it won't stop you but dang it can stop anything I have ever seen it hook to.

He can deffinantly stop you. It sure aint like the other sleds that let you get you speed up and then hit you. You start dragging it right off the bat. It deffinantly takes a different approach to master that one. Never the less though, it is still a hook. Tim
 
Was that out in yorkville at the last pull of the illini state pullers??? if it was, did you get any video of the second to the last truck that night. it should have been a grey and black f350 crew cab.......
 
no it was not in yorkville. it was in deland il at the deland homecoming. we are right in the middle between champaign and bloomington. Tim

Shes a piece of work allright. It actually a wd allis chalmers tractor motor and a bunch of other crap put together. Its for antiques tractors but it is hard to get moving.
 
yeah, i was out at the grundy county fair also. I got a case of the hops toward the end out there though.

HPAddict, i thought that truck sounded familiar. Yeah we snapped the head off of one of the 8mm bolts holding the ujoint staps up there. There was somegood competition up there. I cant wait for next year to start. We will deffinantly be back again. Tim
 
yeah, next year won't be here soon enough. maybe over the winter i'll get a chance to make the traction bars that i've been putting off all summer....

my truck is kinda noticeable. you won't see too many this color combo out there. Not a big fan of 2 tones, but this one is ok.
 
Its not that bad Scooter. I didnt do very good either. The only one that did was jeff. The sled operator put it on kill from the start. When jeff pulled the first time, that was his diesel settings and he couldnt stop him so he maxed all weights and transfer speeds out so dont beat yourself up. We dont have the video, but im not real proud of the schied run and a whole bunch of people seen that one in person. Tim
