Im wondering what the differance is between an A5k and a S465 with a .90 housing is??...Which one would spool quicker on a common rail??
 
what 465??? the stock 465 is only 63.5mm compressor. isn't a A5 around 72-74mm ???

Compressor Wheel Inducer/Exducer 64mm x 91mm
Turbine Wheel Inducer/Exducer 83mm x 74mm

How would a common rail spool that??
 
IMO it should spool it pretty damn good! Probably a hair slower than any of the S300-66's. With a ported head and street cam mine spooled pretty good!

Thanks thats exactly what i was looking for!!!.....i guess 120hp nozzles will help too!!
 
On my 12v I was seeing 5-6 PSI by 1500rpm and at 1800 it was up at 12-14ish and swinging fast for full boost. But like said I had a ported head and street cam. But everything I read says CR's spool turbos a lot sooner than 12v's
 
i guess it will work and ya can't beat the price I got one last week samething 600.00 out the door. but I would go for a custom 465 and make it worth your time other wise i would just get a S366 it would out proform the standard 465
