On my 01 the ac pump is cycling as it should It was alittle low on freon and the blend door is working as it should it's not blowing cold air what else could it be

AC compressor should NOT be cycling. Even Sandens Compressor manual states it should be locked at all time but if it does cycle it should be less than 3 time in one minute. I always get at least 35-45*F from the center vents and compressor that is locked solid pumping constantly.

Look at the inner most ring. The R134a freon will get colder as the pressure gets lower. So you need to add more freon to prevent the lo side switch from shutting down on a freeze limit. This why you need to meet 35-40 PSI minimum lo side pressure. Then you have to kick the RPM's up again and double check the lo side again. Because I don't fire up the truck and leave it idle I drive it! So you got to verify the pressure at RPM's also to be sure it not going to cycle while driving.

Personal Note: This is all I do all summer long is recharge A/C system in the valley.
