Adding cab lights

Who all has added cab lights to their truck? Is there already somewhat of a harness on the truck that you plug into? Ive been wanting to add cab lights for a LONG time now, but I dont know what all I will need for wiring them in. Thanks in advance guys!

On my old 2002 I had the dealer put them on when it was new. I there is already a wire up there for them.

Me? If so, I just wanted a matching one that was more accurate than the stock one.

i have put 3 sets on trucks now. only one of them had the harness to plug them in . the other 2 i had to run i wire to the headlights. i have a set in my garage im putting on my truck this week. go on ebay you can get the set with the wiring harness and template for $109.00. those are the sets that i have always used. all o.e.m stuff and fit perfect. just go slow and its not bad.

I added em to my truck by buying the light heads and harness from the dealer. Made my own template and took my time.
Here's what I got from the dealer:
5 6C3Z15442A Light Head
1 3C3Z17C710BA Wire Harness (May want to double check if this is compatible with 05+. Also this replaces the harness for the overhead display unit.)
