OK I posted this on Cummins forum but am looking for a "more educated response" sooooooo...
"ve been running my Adrenaline/ Pulse combo since the beginning and overall love it but I have a couple questions I hope you guys can help me with.
1) I have an 01 and the high idle will only work when the truck is warm. I am told this is beacuse it cant pull through the grid heaters when they are cycling. I live is southern Texas and the truck is fixing to be retired from daily driving. I'm wondering if I get a grid heater delete/intake horn, will my high idle work with the truck below 140 engine temp?
2) With the custom tuning: Does anyone have a really good mileage tune they are willing to share?
3) My last update was immediately after the "box burning up update" was released. I heard something a while back about a 100% fuel @ a lower rpm tune. Is that available? Is there a better tune available?
4) Those of you that have done the fuel pressure update, How is it working? Is the fix for the Datcon senders? Or is it too early to tell?
