Can you run the 4k adrenaline in a truck with basic supporting mods, without upgrading the valave train etc..??

You probably should run upgraded valvesprings - a lot of guys float valves over 3600 RPM.

I wouldn't run one over 3400 without a set of springs and a set of studs. Too much timing in the Adrenaline for stock bolts/gasket.
