how much boost can the PCM read thru the Adrenaline since its hooked to the factory map sensor? I am debating on getting the Pulse, but I went to a twin setup and I want to make sure that it will read in excess of 70psi. i know that my little controller that comes with the ADR would read 56 psi with my single turbo, but I want the Pulse, but only if it will read out the way I need. Let me know. btw, goin to 240 hp sticks, so the fuel will be there to make that much boost.

Thanks

Jesse B.

Mine reads the same as my mechanical gauge. The factory map sensor can read much higher than 20psi of boost. The computer just doesn't like it to. So the adrenaline fools the computer in to thinking it's only seeing 20psi but the pulse reads the actual boost reading.

i just wanna make sure that the truck doesnt have like a 4 bar map sensor. not sure what it has, but i need someone that has put up some big boost numbers.

That I don't know and even if they did I'd stick with a mechanical gauge with no isolator and a line ran straight in to the cab with a snubber valve on it.

im either gonna buy a bunch of gauges or go with the pulse. i dont want to have to buy the pulse and a fuel pressure gauge when the hookup is there for it. I like all the features of the pulse but want either-or, not both. know what i mean

Get both. I run 4 gauges on the pillar and then 8 gauges on the pulse. The pulse monitors a lot of things that you can't buy gauges for.

Max on mine is 56psi, even when I'm making 72psi. It's a limit of the map sensor. The Redline reads the same.
