advice on mechanical dt466

Hi guys just another newbie seeking some advice. I have a 95 IH 4700 with a dt466 with a custom turbo built by bell turbo and the fuel plate all the way forward. And i was wondering where my pump timing should be. And if i would get any top end power out of adjusting it. Thanks

Go for 16* timing, as noted in your other post. Yes, it will be necessary to get decent upper rpm power. Since we're on the dyno section, with your timing advanced, a #0 plate full fwd, tighter gov springs, you should be about 270hp(depending on initial hp rating), and about 800 pounds of torque, if not more.
