Aem Hd Cold Air Intake Question

Does anyone know if AEM will be making a cold air intake for the Ford 6.4L?
 
i do believe they are working on something, their intake division was bought out by K&N so that might be playing a part in the delay.
 
Yeah they have one slotted to be released, I don't have an ETA however.
 
Thanks guys, so am I to assume the cold air intake will be made by K&N? Is that what I should look out for or an AEM release?
 
nope it will still be made by AEM. it will be exactly the same as it was before nothing has changed.
 
Thanks for the info.I just got an email from AEM. It said they have it on their list to be done and to continue to check back with them.

I want a dry filter so I will wait and see. I have heard alot of good things about the AFE stage II but heard their were alot of code issues after installation.
 
I believe you can get a dry filter for the s&b intakes now....

And their far lower quality.

Stick with stock, the air filter flows plenty for your engine and filters FAR better than any of the aftermarket junk.
