What fuel psi is it set up for?

They should be adjustable. Mine came with 2 different springs. Also has a boost reference.

If I remember correctly its adjustable to 100psi. I have it set now at 65psi.

I see the port but just to be clear is it a boost reference, does it work on a 1:1? Do those fittings pictured come with it?

It is a 1:1 boost reference. It comes with fittings and mounting bracket.
