AFC Line Issue

Looks like the seal at the compression nut/afc housing side is slightly torn. The nut is a bit flared out from being taken on and off so many times throughout the history of my owning the truck and time or two over tightening.

Anyone know of a good source for a new line and in the mean time has anyone located a good replacement seal? I don't know what the thread sizes are off top of my head so not sure of typical compression fittings can be substituted in place of the factory lines.

Also, I have a squeal which happens at 30psi and above. I think it is/hope it is this seal. Anyone had any similar experience?

Thanks.

Nick its 1/8"npt at the afc. Just get some 1/8npt to push lock, an run some 200 psi pushlok hose. Under 10 bucks for fittings and hose at a parker store.

Ok, couldn't recall given I don't take the factory fitting out to test. Thanks!

No problem, mine was the same way. I thought man it'd be sweet to get some jic fttings and pushlok hose. Just to clairfy 1/8"npt fittings to 1/4" hose.

It sure makes pulling the afc off mutiple times a lot easier.

Been using that for years, good stuff!
