AFE Intake ?'s

Hey guys, I am looking at getting an air intake from AFE. What is the difference between the stage 2 open box and the stage 2 closed box besides price? Why is one more expensive than the other?

The big Mega Stage 2 kit comes with all the tubing all the way to the turbo plus a big battery box and a lot of small stuff the old style closed kit doesn't have or need.
