Curious why you are NOT answering my PMs, phone calls and direct contacts? I've tried handling my problem with you direct,... are you sure you want this to be handled on the forum? Your option!!

Hmm... Well I have NEVER got a pm from you my friend. If you are sending your messages to the user name AirDog. That is Charlie. Take a look at his last activity. Its been a while. Hes been very busy. Have you called into the office or to my cell? Calling Charlies cell phone isnt the best way to reach customer service. He owns the company and does none of the tech support if thats what your needing. Many links on the website to email us along with phone numbers to call. My cell is listed on many sites to reach me direct. I would be glad to help you on the public forum. Thats not a problem. Im guessing you have a problem with your AirDog. So what can I help you with??

I'm going to PM you my TN. I only want to talk to Charlie as that is where this began months ago. I use the Air Dog PM as I thought that might be a direct link to him.

Charlie is unavailable. He is out of state and very very busy. Hes got me to take care of things such as warranty, sponsorships, etc. So if you need my help let me know. But making an ugly thread over a simple potential warranty issue isnt cool my friend. If you refuse my help there isnt much I can do for you. But I would gladly help you in any way. Just let me know.

I'm not being rude like many on this and other forums. I simply want a contact,... and by the way I got one today. I will call them in the next day or two, and from what I understand this is to be resolved.
