Post pictures of your air shut offs. Where did you get your Guillotine at? I have seen that cpp have them but after looking at them it seems that you cant mount it bc the springs are in the way.

go to fleabay and search blast gates. cost $10-15 for a 5"

I'd be careful not mounting the gate directly on the charger. I had the heavy ribbed intake boots like yours (not enoughsmoke). The rack stuck on my pump and I pulled the gate. It collapsed the boot and kept the motor screaming (at a bit lower rpm).

Ours uses a blast gate with a good band clamp to attach it to the turbo but id like to redo it this winter with a dual filter setup anybody have any pics of one with a air filter setup

Did you repalce the plate in the blast gate with a thicker one and remachine the inside surfaces for a better seal? I did and trucst me it works already tried it.

Yeah, it had a thicker plate in it. That wasn't the problem, it was the rubber. I hope it works if you need it, things get serious when you need it and it fails...

Might go that route. ED wants 350 and cpp is at 415. Are you guys mounting them to the turbo or have tubing? Where can you get that tubing?

i had the same trouble with the blast gate

Not trying to derail, but where does a guy get five and a half inch tubing for a comp cover? I have my shutoff directly on the cover with a silicone boot so the faces of the shutoff and comp cover are touching. But I would like to run my velocity stack out the right headlight opening. Ill try to get picts up in a day or two

Any reason you cant put the shut off right at the intake manifold? Then run some sort of releif valve that opens on the charge air tube to bleed off the pressure from the turbo when the gate closes?
