alco/steel dually wheels

i have 11 16" dually wheels, 4 are alco, the other 7 are steel 235/85/16 tires. they all have 75% or more tread beside one that has maybe 25%. make me an offer on how ever many you need.

How much for the four Alco and four steels? I don't like to price someone elses things. Not above hagling after they do though. Just wheels? No lugs or centers?
