Almost complete 12valve motor

Motor came out of a daily driven 95 160hp 12valve motor with 138,xxx miles. I bought this for a back up and never used it. Pulled the head to have oringed for another truck and never put one back on it. Missing injectors,alternator,turbo, maybe something else i'm missing. Have a spare head for it that's unassembled that could go with it and valves and springs,no keeper or retainers. Also have another unassemble 12vavle Oringed head that has the usual cracks between the injector hole and valve seats in 2 cylinders. Any interest make offers complete or parts. Can get pics if needed

Have the heads with o-rings been checked out by a machine shop? Price??? Just found out today mine was cracked between the valves pretty bad.
