Another 7.3 ?

Can the year be determined by the block SN #? And what year parts will interchange with the 7.3 i.e. heads, internals and injection methods. Thanks again

Everything is interchangeable internally between the years. What do you mean by "injection methods?" The setup is the same between all years, only using different parts (IE injectors, HPOP, Fuel Pump ect.) All of the parts will physically bolt on to any year motor and run fine, its just a preference on what you want.

Thanks again! Just trying to learn a little more on the 7.3. Never owned one or messed with one. I am mostly a cummins guy and have rebuilt a few as well. I love all diesel performance and hope to complete this one soon. I will be needing some outer parts that were missing when i got it. Guess i'll see if anyone has some on the cheap.

What are you looking for? I have 2 spare 7.3 motors... Shipping to NC might get a little pricey on heavier stuff.
