Another chip question

I am looking for a chip/programmer for an 07 5.9 auto.
It is for my brother. He uses the truck to tow quite a bit along with quite a few miles. Mobile office I guess.

I told him gauges and a smarty.

He wants one chip that he gets gauges and the programming in one.
What are the options.

I have had good experiences with edge products on a 99 and my buddies 03.. So I am thinking a juice with attitude?

I have a 07 aswell and i loved my juice and have had nothing but good luck with it good power and fair mileage gain. make shure if he gets the juice with att he gets the over head mount. I hate the velcro that it comes with always wants to fall off.

Anyone have a Smarty that would work on an 07 5.9 in Western NE, Western KS, or Eastern CO? My brother is near McCook, NE but drives a lot in KS and Western NE.
I talked him into gauges we found on TDR so now that opens up more options.
