another new one from ohio, the big city of van wert to be exact, 99 powerstroke, apparently from someone on this forum originally, judging by the competition diesel sticker on the windshield. it use to be on 39'' iroks with bushwacker cut out flares and stacks. it was from sc i believe before i bought it from a guy in charlotte.
