we have finished the common rail cylinder head with seats intergrated and induction hardend done, now we are looking into aluminum heads for 12v and 24v.

is there anyone who has one out, I have noticed that Indy was sopposed to come out with one, but I do not see where they are selling, there is another company who is sopposed to be making the 24v, but I can not find any info on this.

does anyone have info?

we are also looking into making 110 springs for the 24v, we just need a sample and some of your input on this as well.

Why would you copy someone else's failure of a spring? Sounds Tragic! LOL

our company is the first to have a common rail cylinder head with the seat intergrated into the head, the seating area was induction hardned, we have sold a couple so far and are running with no problems, we have also supplied to some of the high performance industry.

we are now looking into making a 12v cylinder head of aluminum, I'm asking if anyone has info on what has been done so far.(we have been looking into this for about a year, are vision is not for high performance but something else in mind, we watch the furoms to get input on what is out there and what can be improved on)

I was asking for any input, on subject, not sure why one would get confused on the subject, the header says ANOTHER PROJECT.

I also just said that I would like to make 110# springs for the 24v, I said this becasue I would like to have info on that as well, yes I know that people have failed at it, but we would like to look into it, hence, why I was posting something.(info meaning , bad things, good things, maybe somehing to improve on)

if all you have is smart remarks, please save them for yourself, if anyone has any facts on this please post, if not, no harm .

You could develop a valveless cylinder head at a reasonable price...

that would be for 2 stroke motor cycle,or rotary enigne we do not manufacture.
