Antrim Diesel Dyno Day (Big Rigs)

I must say impressed is an understatment with the turnout and HP #'s at the yearly Antrim Diesel Dyno Event located in Greencastle Pa. With many trucks in excess of 900hp I was blown away by a few that were 1100+. The top dog went to Brett Barnett with his V8 powered Cat to the tune of 1250hp on fuel and a single charger. Mind you every truck that dynoed had to be DOT legal and that I know of all are working trucks. Dyno used was a Taylor water load dyno that had the ability to bring these trucks to there knees. I honestly thought Bretts old KW was gonna rip the chains out of the floor. I stumbled across this video of Bretts truck on youtube. It was taken minutes after he laid the #'s down. Ill be searching for more pics and video. Ill see if I can get the results and post them as well.

That makes it sound like Chipmnk's 760hp and Cowhauler's 748 like a drop in the bucket. LOL I know both of theirs are stout OTR working trucks.

boy did i hear alot about this today. wish i could have been there for that!
