Any good luck with lagunaspeed.com??

Hey everyone i ordered an ATS stage 3 transmssion for my 04 dmx at lagunaspeed.com 2 weeks ago already, they havent contacted me since then, i get no phone answer there, when i leave a message no1 returns call neither e-mails..i was wondering if anyone here has had the same issue.. i really need my truck since it has been down for almost a month already..any help is very apreciated..
 
I knew a guy who bought a clutch from them and had terrible luck!
 
my buddy bought tie rod sleeves from them about 2 months ago and is yet to get them.
 
Someone on another forum got a Smarty I believe and it took 6 weeks to get it and when they did it looked used.
 
Damn, it sounds like lagunaspeed only has bad feedback over here..well hopefully i get an answer soon from them, i called Eric @ ats and he said that he would help me look into it..the webpage they have is gr8 but customer service aint that good!
 
why would you order a tranny over the net without speaking to anyone?

i ordered a boost fooler from them 3 weeks ago, still no fooler and cant get anybody on the phone, i'll never deal with them again
 
well i did it online, just like any other webpage.. i knew exactly what i wanted so i bought it without speaking to anyone..

a tranny isnt like any other part.

anyway just call your credit card company and tell them to stop payment.

and go a different route, im thinking suncoast.

I think he just wanted information on laguna speed, not everyone advocating what parts they think he should go with. $.02
 
I bought my first parts from them and it was a terrible experience. They said it was MBRP's fault I recieved the wrong exhaust because of their product description and made them warranty it. Very rude on the phone too.
 
I also had a horrible time with them. Ordered a PPE programmer that I was told was on backorder. I waited for a couple weeks, called and called, told it was being shipped, waited some more, called PPE. They laughed and sent me the item in 2 days. I had to call the BBB to get my cash back. Does that help at all?
 
I had the same expierience, they told me they would ship last weeek and nothing happened and the CC was charged already, just yesterday i recieved an e-mail with my tracking number and it says it scheduled to deliver on Friday.. and i hope it will be the right parts, sounds like jd444 didnt had the best luck either
 
i ordered a ts performance chip for my 01 7.3 in september 08 said it would take 2 weeks sold that truck in late oct. for my 6.4 (still no chip). so called them and told them i sold the truck they said thats fine we can credit you for something else so i bough a banks ram air intake took them til february to get it to me. told me it was on back order as well then told me it shipped then told me it was on back order! never order from them again.
 
I dealt with them a long time ago, I ordered an exhaust tip from them. I must have called 10 times before I just told them to cancel my order.

I have never heard anything good about them.
 
i ordered gauges from them, for 3 months never got them, cancelled the order, i gave them a second chance an ordered somethin an after a month of the same old sh** called an told them to cancel the order an they said they'd have to charge me a cancelation fee, i said **** you im not payin sh**, me and "justin" had a good arguement
