Any input on this turbo? (63/68-16)

My buddy wants to buy this turbo. I kinda have my "opinions" on it...what does everyone else think of this combo? Its a good price.

63-68/16, with a T4 flanged stainless manifold...

2005. Has a smarty now, would eventually like 50hp injectors. Tows a little...mostly a play truck. We are at 5kft altitude...

We ended up just going with a 64/71 from UDP/II, but I'm still curious if anyone has any experience with the 63-68 with that housing in a t4.

if not you can pick those turbos up for like $500-$600

I dont believe it is. But it does come with the stainless htt manifold...

Nevermind, just saw that you posted that it was a T4 flange.
