Any tips or ideas?

Ok so i got the monster pump and a set of his 6x16 injectors a couple weeks ago. So i go to a pull and i was taking off the line and break the output shaft on the transfer case. Its a dld. So i get it fixed the next day and pull it again that night and it breaks the same thing. So i got the 271 and got it put in the other day and im getting my driveshaft shortned tomorrow. Im thinking im around 650hp and 1400fptq. I got 3:55 gears. Ive been launching in 4th 4low. Im running toyo mts that are about 3/4 tread. Im pulling this weekend again. Do you guys think ill be alright in 4th or do i need to go down to 3rd? Im also running a 64/71/12 turbo. I just cant afford to keep breakin this thing all the time and was wondering if i should be alright. I pretty much got everthing bulletproof. The only thing that worries me is an axle breaking. You guys think ill be alright in 4th 4low? Sorry for the long post.
 
Im also thinking about running my stock wheels and tires which are 285s and the firestone destination ats. what do you guys think? any input appreciated?
 
what size are the toyo's. I'd say if your worried about breaking put the stockers back on and stayin 4th.
 
toyos are 295/70/17. I think im just going to put the stockers back on so i dont have to worry about getting to much traction and breaking stuff.
