I haven't heard anything bad about this turbo but I just want to be sure it's right for me. If you're running this turbo please list your other mods and what your egt's are cruising and max with everything on kill.
I would also like to get the same info if anybody out there is running a different 62 with 150hp injectors. Thanks.

I'm also very interested in this.

I just had a great conversation with Chris at ED. The man knows his turbos. I'm just about to pull the trigger on this exact turbo, and I'd love to hear some about it.

Hey what have you got for a box and injectors? Did Chris recommend this turbo to you? Initially he said I'd be good with a 62/65/14 but he said a 68 would work too. I'm just worried a 65 is too small and a 71 is too big.

I'm running a FMS/Smarty stack and some POS Jammer injectors.

My plan is to run the 62/68/14 as a single, and eventually hang either a k31 or s400 variant under it for a set of twins. I'll probably go to mach 4s when I get the turbo, and jump to to 6s when I get the twins.

I specifically asked Chris about this turbo (and only this turbo), so I can't say he "recommended" this turbo to me. After doing a little research, I think this is the right choice for me. Your results may vary. :)

I was just searching other forums and came across ATS Aurora 4000. It's a 63/70/14 (I think) which is where I'd like to be (between a 62/65/14 and a 62/71/14). I know this isn't wastegated but I think it would be alright if I put in studs. Any thoughts?

Have you contacted Chris about a price on the 62/68/14?

I'm betting the price on something from ED will be considerably less than the Aurora.. They seem very proud of that series of turbo.

I would put in studs no matter what turbo you land on!! Trust me, pulling the head for a head gasket isn't much fun. Get the studs in ASAP.
