Anyone ever put a duramax turbo on a 24 valve?

My buddy has a 2000 24 valve dodge and i have a spare turbo off my 04.5 duramax and was wondering if anybody has ever wondered about putting the dmax turbo on a dodge since they are a little bigger?

Iirc they use a pedestal type mount which would involve some fab work. Also, what size wheels/housings are on a stock dmax turbo? In the end its probably cheaper to get a used s300 off the forums.

I seen a guy or 2 do it with a 6.0 charger. The dmax has the pedestal made into the exhaust housing so...

04.5...isnt that an lly? I thought the vgt chargers didnt have the pedestal? Im sure fleece can build a controller for it if it is variable.

We can run a Garret, Borg, or Holset VGT Charger, the controllers are a lil different and the prices very.

We actually have a guy doing a 6.0 Cheetah turbo on a Cummins that came in this past week.
